I just placed my cartridges into the printer. Fits well. But have not tried printing yet. Everything went well on line to order... Can Ready print tell me what to do with old cartridges? Does Ready print have a program of recycling?

Ready Toner runs a very Professional Business, we are proud to be using them. They really back their products and they beyond the call of duty. What a pleasure to have a Company backup up their products!

My company has about a dozen satellite offices across the US and we use Staples almost exclusively for office supplies, but I did a search on printer ink/toner for our new Miami location and was amazed at the price difference - something like half the price of the toner listed on the Staples website for this specific printer. Delivery was fast and I received notifications at every step.

Ordering was easy but I could not get the chip to transfer at all. I tried a few times but cannot get it to work so this is not for me.

Hi Carla, we noticed this is a chip-broken case, next time , you could order from us toner cartridge with chip to enjoy hassle-free installation. In this case, our customer service team has processed a non-quality refund already. Hope you will keep supporting us going forward.

The first time I removed an OEM chip, I have a difficult time and wanted to return the toner cartridges. However, I was much more successful removing another one with the help of a video sent to me by Ready Toner. The cartridges without chips are much cheaper, so I am going to give them a try.

I have an HP laser jet printer and needed replacement cartridges immediately. Upon research, I found readytoner.com to have what I needed with competitive pricing. I proceeded forward with the order after speaking with a customer service person, not an automated system, confirming the expediency of shipping. It was quick and very easy which is greatly appreciated and not always the norm nowadays. Thank you for providing reasonable options to customers!
