An email with the agenda of topics to be covered would have been bit helpful. Also, an estimate of the overall monthly expenses will be helpful (covering emails, phone, etc)

It’s a powerful helpful tool. The knowledge base comes in handy! I wish I could get a little more out of customer service. But overall it’s all good!
