Being a late evening class, I was worried that it would be hard to stay awake and focused, but Vic did a great job of keeping us entertained while covering the material. His stories helped understand many of the concepts and terms. I would recommend him as an instructor, especially if you are looking for a relaxed classroom environment where you're encouraged to ask questions and work with your peers.

Despite the fact that my teacher was rude in how he answered questions, by completely ignoring and disregarding them as if they weren't asked out loud, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Chicago Real Estate School. I honestly loved the whole experience, it's probably coupled with the fact that I recently found a passion for real estate as a whole, so I might be giving a bias review, but everything from Scott on the website being super helpful, the teacher in the chapter review video (I forgot his name), to the test and how there was a lengthier quiz then usual that actually explained answers. I'm not sure how it would be if you looked at it as a burden or job to do, because despite the passion I had, it still demanded work, focus, time, and consistent attention. I'm grateful to have came to CRES and would definitely recommend anybody else to come here. I passed the exam off the Platinum package, no use of Exam Smart or anything extra, I wanted to fully utilize what CRES had to give me to see if that could carry me through the state exam, and it did.

We're so glad that you passed the state exam! Sorry that there seems to have been a bit of an issue with your instructor, but his students do have an outstanding pass rate, and it sounds like you took advantage of all of the resources to achieve an excellent outcome!

Funny and straignt to point of what you need for the exam!

Michelle Sledge was an absolutely fantastic teacher! Truthfully, I was expecting a real estate test prep class to be dry and dull, but Michelle made it so I didn't want to miss a minute of class. I highly recommend CRES and Michelle in particular!

CRES is an excellent resource providing top quality preparation for the IL state broker's exam. I found the school to be very helpful and straightforward with information. They earn my top recommendation.

Had an excellent in class experience with Danette Foster. Her personal experiences added reinforcement to new information learned in class and it was much appreciated.
