I accidently got a subscription through the Website on Facebook and not the app, so I can't go to my Apple subscriptions to cancel it. When I went to cancel the subscription on the app there is nowhere to cancel it. I have emailed the support team several times with no response. So now i am going to have to call my bank. This has been a huge headache. I wish someone would just get back to me and cancel this!!!

**1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed with Realme TechLife Service** I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Realme TechLife. The after-sales support has been one of the worst experiences I have had. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution, and the response time has been very poor. The customer support team lacks coordination, and every interaction results in the same repetitive responses without any concrete action. As a customer, I expected timely assistance and accountability, but unfortunately, neither was provided. I would not recommend Realme TechLife based on my experience. The product may be good, but the after-sales service is highly disappointing. I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and improves its support process.

The entire team and experience at Real Media has been absolutely amazing. They produced our podcast as well as other media materials. Very professional, amazing final product, great team and a company I will continue promoting with 5 star!

I bought a Realme X50 Pro in April 2021 for 589 euros, which still works very well from an electronic point of view, but in June 2024, the back came off and it was quite difficult to glue it back on, either with special phone glue (T-7000 type) or strong glue. The construction of the case is problematic because of this plasticized glass back, which deforms over time and is not flexible enough to be glued back with ease and respecting the aesthetic of the device. Friendly advice: you really need to buy another brand, given such a stupid design flaw.

The phones themselves are excellent, in most respects, technically proficient, very competitively priced, a few downsides, their water ingress protection is poor compared to the competition. But the technical support is poor too, and quite frankly this looks to be by design. Their phones are not adaptable country to country, eg if you buy a Far East model in Europe you CANNOT adapt it to your home country, ie by design you are prevented from doing so and they will not help you. They actually deliberately withhold APK root access to the ROM and quite honestly this is totally unacceptable.

Forced update, screen lock button stopped working, max setting for screen lock is 30 minutes of inactivity= lock screen. So till I get all my data I'm forced to stay on the phone. Pathetic trash
