We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. The contract you signed was set up to auto-renew after your initial contract term. This is common practice for marketing, so you don’t forfeit your ad space or lose your account benefits. This is explained in the Terms and Conditions of your contract, but we hear that you don’t feel this was adequately explained to you and we will update how we communicate this to new clients going forward. After we received your cancellation request, this was processed in line with the contract Terms and your account is now closed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear you felt your question was censored because it wasn't published. It's never our intent to cause upset. For questions about healing or recovery, we suggest speaking to your surgeon directly. Your surgeon is familiar with your medical history and will be able to perform an in-person exam to answer your questions. Your wellbeing is important to us. If you find that your doctor isn't able to help, we're always happy to help you get a second opinion. Please contact our support team ([email protected]) for assistance.

Just like consumers, doctors use RealSelf to share their personal opinions about cosmetic procedures. Our goal is to give people space to contribute to the community, and it’s inevitable that not everyone will agree with all opinions, all the time. As long as discussions are respectful and meet our Terms of Service, we welcome all contributions. The doctors who share their opinions on RealSelf pass rigorous checks of their credentials before they can participate on the site. They can only post content about their core specialty (for example, plastic surgery or dermatology), and their content goes through a moderation process before it appears online. We never allow content from anyone under the age of 18, and we make a point of highlighting the risks of procedures like labiaplasty (for example, this RealSelf News article on why botched labiaplasty is so common: https://www.realself.com/news/how-to-avoid-botched-labiaplasty). If you find an issue we should investigate, please email our support team ([email protected]) with a link to the content you’re concerned about, and we’ll look into it.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. You signed a contract that auto-renews until you cancel. This ensures that you receive uninterrupted service on your account and do not lose your ads to competitors. Your contract is now cancelled. Our Billing team has tried to reach you about your account but we haven't heard back. Please reach out to them ([email protected]) and they'll be glad to assist you further.

Our goal at RealSelf is to help people make confident decisions, and the authenticity of reviews is an important part of that mission. We have a full-time moderation team that verifies every review submitted to us, using a combination of software analysis and human inspection. When we detect an issue, we don’t publish the review. RealSelf community members play an essential role in keeping the community safe. If you have concerns about a particular review, we want to know! Please email our team ([email protected]) with a link to the review, and we’ll look into your concerns.

Thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry you didn't hear back from the doctors. We ask all doctors to respond within 3 business days. We would like to find out who you contacted so we can follow up. Please email us ([email protected]) and we can either connect you directly to the doctors' offices now or find others in your area who are available.

Thanks for contacting us. Only your chosen username is displayed on the site, but it looks like you entered your real name by mistake. We’ve changed your username to an anonymous name; you’ll receive an email to confirm this. To help protect your privacy, we also removed your photo from your question. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

As a consumer resource, the authenticity of reviews is extremely important to us. All reviews go through a moderation process -- which includes both software verification and human moderation -- before a review is published. Reviews are only removed from RealSelf if they violate our Terms of Service. We tried to get in touch with you through Trustpilot’s messaging feature but we didn’t receive a reply. Please email our team ([email protected]) so we can look into your concerns further.
