What an awful scumbag company
What an awful scumbag company. They promised me 15% CB if I made a purchase with Visible and when I did they told me that they were not going to pay out. I made a BBB report and everything but they just told me tough luck.

Jacob, we understand your frustration. However, we did not tell you "tough luck" we explained how, and why Missing Cash Back Inquiries are denied and what could have happened to your order when it was denied for "Credited to another Channel".

They did not pay out
Made a purchase at Mint mobile and went through the rebates me cashback site. I should have received $20. The purchase was in my click history. After a few weeks I contacted them and rebates me asked for proof of purchase which I quickly provided. Several weeks later rebates me denied my cashback and refused to pay out. Needless to say I will not be using rebates me again.

Hi Greg, You did have to start a Missing Cash Back Inquiry for your order in which we need the receipt information to give to Mint. Inquiries can take up to 90 days. We submitted it for review from Mint, and they denied the Cash Back, only giving us the reason as "Order credited to another channel" It looks like a Customer Service Rep explained that "This sometimes happens if you click on an email that the merchant sent directly to you or if you use a coupon code that the merchant offered in an email sent to existing customers or from another source. It is also possible that your order came through another program the merchant offers, such as a corporate buying program (this is just one example). It's a pity that we couldn't get your cash back for your order. We will try to get you cashback as much as we can, but if the merchant refuses to pay us a commission for your order then we aren't able to share that commission with you." It also looks like because this was your first time using us we gave you a $5 order subsidy. In which you promptly responded that you wanted us to close your account.
