Owner Price Gouges Veterans
Terrible customer service, and price gouging for a veteran. The employees are pretty decent except for the owner in the chair upfront. I have been in several times because they were my FFL and NFA dealer. Every time I’ve gone in there I’ve seen him be rude to someone whether it was me or another customer or he was berating someone that was on hold on the phone, absolutely rude person. They charge erroneous fees for dumb things like printing your invoice that you emailed to them. They charge you five bucks for that. They charge you mysterious $85 fees for NFA processing that have nothing to do with the NFA. They charge these because they don’t make money when you order suppressors online and have it shipped to them and they wanna make money on it so instead of just charging you the $25 transfer fee. They also charge you $85 in NFA processing fees. That does not exist that is just a markup. Do not pay that and do not go there. The real issue is that when you’re just rude to every customer, you don’t realize that some of your customers are tactical instructors, firearms, instructors and fellow veterans that are heavily involved in the community. So you have lost hundreds of customers because every class I start with a list of companies not to do business with companies to do business with, and you are at the top of the do not do business with list.

Richard, I'd like to shed some light on your claims minus one, Yes Brandon is a FAFO Type of Marine Veteran.. He's a get er done for you type of guy. Now, Let's see if I can create some clarity for you as you seem to not understand some of these Claimed Charges! First, We are Real Veterans and as everyone in Vegas knows We charge "MAP" Minimum Allowed Pricing per the Manufacturer allows in our retail store and online at RECONARMS.COM Your claim against this is strange as you've never even purchased from Recon, Only 2 NFA Transfers from outside dealers? SO I'm lost here! If your upset with outside NFA/Insurance transfer fee of $85 which is the lowest you'll probably find in the valley as most have been over a $100 dollars for years now.. We have yet to for over 9 years raise these rates despite inflation on everything! Especially Insurance. A Simple fix, buy local.. Same Price = NO FEE=TWICE FYI, Your reference of $25 transfer fees is for outside firearms transfers only, Our private party is $45 does this clear it up for you personally which is posted everywhere to include GunBroker. Almost every gun store has these simple fees posted everywhere as well as ReconArms. Next issue you claimed about printing fee, Yes, if you do not listen "twice for you now" As stated When we contact you to pickup said items if your Purchasing Dealer does not send invoice we cannot process your "Transfer" hence your dealer is saving money IE Our time, paper, ink, wear and tear on my printer machine as I purchase 2-3 a year, so if you do not bring in said copy with you we unfortunately cannot afford to eat this cost as we barely make enough to pay the rent here Simply for you to have a brick&motor store for you not to support. I'll also state for others that might read this we do not store your personal info on the cloud for the Govt or other agency's to access without our or your knowledge. Why do I mention this you ask? Simple, Recon prints all transactions and stores seperate your Personal info from form 4473 info. Others do NOT! In lamens terms, A ton of printing to keep you safer. We also DO Give Veteran Discounts and even deeper discounts for our LOYAL Customers who consistantly come back for 2-Day NFA ATF turn arounds, We were and still are the First Elite and highest rated SS NFA Elite Dealer in the state of Nevada! We stock the most suppressors and SBR Rifles hands down. MIC DROP. As my DAD was also a Vietnam Veteran I take your Subject line: "Gouging Veterans" as a Great insult and frankly you should rethink your slanderous comments towards hard working Veterans who's supposed to be family.. Instead, try educating yourself on procedures to procure NFA Items or anything for that manner by being a man and asking or listening and perhaps instead of being an issue you can help others like I do daily for your convenience! Sincerely, Miss Ty. The lady who helped you Nicely, got done what YOU NEEDED while you were here and yes, also one of the owners here. In closing: Sir, A lot of Tactical guys claim to be the TACTICAL TRAINER GUY but to be honest the real Tactical Trainer guys that just read this stated they don't throw it around to gain recognition or clickbait to Arouse a following! Ever noticed, ReconArms is the only NOT SELF PROCLAIMED "PREMIER LAS VEGAS GUN STORE" The people decide. Please disclose your "Tactical Training" facility NAME DBA So our Recon Family can return the favor! And as always to the rest-- SEMPER FI
