This journey has been eye-opening and life changing in ways I didn't think was even possible. When I started my journey I was in a really dark place and I didn't have any hope but I now feel so much lighter! I could write so much about the course Jordan has created and Alicia, my coach. I want to thank them both for supporting me and guiding me through this journey. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with Narcissism or anyone who may have some traits. Book yourselves in and do the homework, you'll feel the changes within you!

The first resource I've found to truly help narcissists
This site was the first resource I've found which provided support, understanding and challenge for me as a narcissist. I've struggled with this all my life without knowing what it was, and when I realised about three years ago that I was a narcissist, I found it hard to get good resources.
The course Jordan has put together is fantastic and having the forum to post comments and questions was so helpful. Finding a community made me feel understood and not alone in my experience.
This is not an easy fix, you will have to do the work and be willing to challenge yourself and your behaviour, but I definitely feel I've made progress in terms of understanding myself, my triggers and what I can do to change.

The program changed me for the better
The program helped me gain a deeper understanding of who I really am and why my narcissistic tendencies were so powerful. I went on a journey I didn't think was possible. I am so grateful for Jordan, the community and the program. I am better for it. I am so much calmer and building deeper connections with people.
The community is supportive and welcoming. Everyone shares their story and progress whilst celebrating and cheering on each other.
I would recommend this program to any narcissists, anyone who has narcissistic tendencies that difficult to control or anyone who knows of someone who is/exhibits narcissistic behaviours.

Genuine support and research-informed approach
Research supports "bottom-up" body-based practices for trauma recovery and emotional regulation, and that is exactly what this program offers. Honestly I believe that the tools offered in this program for recognizing and processing wounds and learning to show up for yourself rather than relying on external validation are applicable to many people, not just narcissists. The sequence is well-ordered and packed with hands-on activities and experiences. My coach did a fabulous job of guiding me to tune into myself, and I experienced a massive increase in my ability to access, identify, and positively respond to my emotions. She always responded promptly to my questions and showed genuine care for me and my journey.

Change is Possible
As a self-diagnosed vulnerable narcissist, I was suffering in ways I couldn’t, or wouldn’t, try to understand. When I finally found Jordan, a giant cosmic fork in the road appeared. I knew I had to get on board, and a big part of that decision came from intuitively knowing I could trust him.
Jordan truly came through for me, and I can honestly say that the 1:1 coaching shifted the course of my life in a much brighter and more positive direction. It’s deep work, and if you’re willing to really show up for yourself, Jordan, his team, and an awesome community will meet you with open arms, supporting you every step of the way toward real transformation.

I loved this journey
I loved this journey. I loved learning about the tools I needed to reconnect with my inner child. To start to identify my patterns and to eventually start to change behavior. I believe this is lifelong work and cannot say I am a recovered narcissist but I'm a self aware and more educated person. Alicia was a great partner on my journey, she followed my pace and helped me along the way. She is resourceful and helpful. Thank you to the whole team!

Made things worse
The program starts off with telling the NPD individuals to prioritize themselves. Certain types of NPD already only prioritize themselves. NPD partner in this program went from awful to more awful. Any grip on reality that he had left, completely gone. Doubled down on ruining our young kids lives & mine. Prevented me from working in numerous ways until he Got me fired. he abuses to get out of any financial responsibility. Nobidy in the house was allowed any basic human NEEDS. His wants supersede human rights & safety. this was already a problem that just got worse. That doesn't go away just because he made me lose my job. Many other things also worsened.
* Not the fault of the class* The class did nothing but teach him how to be a better con artist. How to sound reasonable while being abusive, manipulative, & coercive. Using pre-determined meaningless responses to stay calm while he's inflicting harm on others. The class & the people in it were used for more excuses of inexcusable behavior & to mimic those who are actually trying in order to appear as though he was trying to get better.
The class does not address NPD in those who do not have trauma.
That said, I do think the course would be helpful in NPD resulting from trauma for those actually interested in healing. Its unfortunate something can't be done to identify those using the course to cause more harm with no intention of getting better.

I'm really sorry to hear how painful your situation has been. 😥 What you're describing sounds incredibly difficult, especially with children involved, and no one deserves to experience abuse, coercion, or manipulation in their home.
I want to be very clear about something: our program does not support or excuse abusive behavior in any form. If someone is using language from the course to manipulate, control, or harm others, that is a misuse of the material and is the opposite of what we teach.
This program is designed for people who are genuinely motivated to take responsibility for their behavior and work toward change. Unfortunately, as with any self-development program, we cannot control how someone chooses to use the material outside of the program. Someone who is not truly committed to growth may attempt to mimic insight or accountability without actually practicing it.
Your point about people learning to “sound reasonable” while continuing harmful behavior is something we take very seriously. Real healing requires consistent accountability, empathy for others, and measurable behavioral change over time, not just the right words.
I also appreciate you acknowledging that the course may be helpful for people who are sincerely trying to heal. That is exactly who the program is built for.
If a participant is using the program as justification for abusive behavior, that is deeply concerning and not aligned with the values of this community. Anyone experiencing abuse should prioritize their own safety and well-being.
I genuinely wish you and your children safety and support moving forward. ❤️🩹

Transformed as a narcissist
Before I found this coaching, I genuinely believed there was no help available for someone like me.
Last year i realized that I struggle with narcissism. When my psychologist told me I was a narcissist and that I would never truly get better, it felt hopeless. My relationship ended partly because of my patterns, and when I searched for support online, I mostly found negativity. Everything I read basically said that narcissists don’t change.
Then I found Jordan.
From our very first conversation, I felt understood instead of judged. That alone meant a lot to me. I decided to commit to the coaching program, and over the months that followed, I experienced real change.
What helped me the most is that the coaching was deeply aligned with the actual problems I struggle with. It wasn’t generic advice. It was specific, confronting, and practical. Jordan understands these patterns from personal experience, which made it easier to open up. I wasn’t being coached by someone who only studied narcissism. I was being guided by someone who has lived it and worked through it.
The community and the daily homework has also been incredibly important. Being able to share openly, give and receive advice, and realize I’m not alone in this has made a huge difference. For the first time, I don’t feel isolated with these struggles.
Since starting the program, my relationships have improved. I feel more secure in myself. I’m much more aware of my behaviors, and instead of going on autopilot, I can now pause and reflect. I can recognize my patterns faster and choose a different response. That has changed everything for me.
This coaching gave me hope at a time when I believed there was none. And for that, I’m truly grateful.
