the program does not see DVD / CD USB drives

Great ,I recovered so much of media files

Rocovered where other software failed

I had a DVD disc that was no longer recognised. I used this software to make a copy and it played almost perfectly. In this case I found just one little glitch in the picture but the disc didn't stop & I was able to enjoy the whole disc.

great application

Can't say I've lost many nerves on the DVD i tried to copy as this free little program was recommended to me pretty much immediately. So after a few unsuccessful attempts with other tools, 100% of the data was recovered somehow with this thing. And that DVD was in quite a horrible shape, so I must say I'm very impressed! Cute little easy to use program, I highly recommend!

Worked it's magic and recovered files from a 27 year old CD that wasn't in the best shape, not horrible shape, just not great. Tried to recover the CD for about 15 years through several versions of Windows and would pretty much always end up with CRC errors. Tried other CD recovery software with no success. Very happy it finally worked!
