When your site shows 5% discount for first time buyers and I put in the code and it said "that doesn't apply to your item". That was a big disappointment. You should not advertise discount if it does not apply to ALL items.

I finally received a response from Recreation Outfitters. There is some sort of technological issue going on where I am not receiving their emails but I did receive copies via the chatGPT and they were very helpful. More to come on the follow-up of the order, but I am happy to have communication with them, and am keeping the order as I did receive explanation of the delays and an approximate ship date.

I was not happy with the extremely high shipping cost.! The item I ordered was $19.99 and the shipping was that same amount. So literally my $20 item became $40. I asked if they could lower the shipping cost and after much deliberation , I was given $3 off. Then I asked if I could have a coupon for this first time order ftom your company and they weren’t able to give it to me. It made me extremely discouraged to order from your company.

I like the quality & the price of the furniture I was looking for but I was denied the payment plan with no reason! Wasn’t happy about it.

Still missing two seat post. Was told I would be email and have not heard from any body yet. It’s been 3 weeks and 390$ I have not seen.Please fix my order or give me back the money.
