Not a good experience I started a new job so I decided to try this company so that I didn’t have to take off work. I was told by the nurse practitioner my prescription would be shipped in 1-2 days. I checked tracking and it is saying 7 days which is absolutely crazy to me. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback Donielle and allowing us the chance to address your concerns. After reviewing your case, we see that your order was processed and shipped out to your address within 24 hours. Our goal is always to have your visit completed and order shipped within 24 hours of receiving your intake form. We also see that you chose to have your order shipped to you using our standard, default shipping method. Our standard shipping method (at no cost to you) is through UPS Mail Innovations. As stated on our website, this shipping method will get your order to you between two to five business days, but it may take longer depending on any unforeseen delays that could come up. We also offer expedited shipping methods through the UPS for an additional cost. Those methods are UPS Ground (takes one to five business days to reach you), UPS 2nd Day Air (takes 2 business days to reach you), and UPS Next Day Air Saver (will get to you the following business day after being picked up by our pharmacy). Please note, payment for expedited shipping must be charged by 8am CST Monday through Friday to be eligible to be shipped the same day. Payments charged after 8am CST may not be picked up from the pharmacy until the following day. It is important to know that UPS considers the first business day the day after the package is picked up from our pharmacy and only includes Monday through Friday. You also have the option to select a local pharmacy to have your prescription sent to. These expedited shipping methods or a local pharmacy can be selected on the checkout page after filling out the assessment form. The default pharmacy and shipping method are set to our pharmacy and UPS Mail Innovations, so you must be sure to change those options on the checkout page if that is not how/where you want your prescription sent. All of this information can be found on our website in the FAQ's and shipping section. Hopefully this additional information can clear up any lingering concerns regarding how our service works, but if you still have any, please feel free to reach out to one of our team members at either 844-733-2697 or [email protected].
