Awesome service. This is my second 3M Littman Classic Stethoscope customized with my credentials and I am very pleased. The tracking is accurate, the pricing is fair, and the equipment is stellar. I will definitely continue using them for my medical supply needs.

The engraving was misleading. The website displays the head pieces with engraving but the engraving is not done on the head, only the chest piece. My daughter is very disappointed with her purchase.

Soon after placing my order for a stethoscope for nursing school, I got a call saying it was backordered but they would be shipping it very soon, along with my penlight and scissors. Even with the delay, I believe that my order was processed very quickly and got to my house much sooner than I expected. I appreciated the phone call from them in regards to the status of my order.
