Ordered a Littman Classic III stethoscope for job opportunity with engraving. Engraving came incorrect initially and after correspondence with the sales team it was corrected and sent to me. Equipment is as to be expected from Littman and ground shipping took under a week to arrive.

The order was placed easy and looked just like it showed on the webpage. It also was delivered very quick even though I paid only for the ground shipping, I RECIEVED it within 4 days after placing my order. Would recommend to all my friends in the medical field.

I compared prices between multiple websites for a Littmann stethoscope and Redding had the best price. They delivered the item quickly and I'm very happy with the product and service.

I have used redding medical for supplies over the years and they have never disappointed me. They have the supplies needed at a reasonable cost and orders are quickly processed. I appreciate them and hope they will continue with this service for many years to come.

Products are not as pictured on website. Engraving/Lasering done poorly and without attention to detail. Pricey! I later found same products elsewhere for cheaper. Did arrive in timely manner.

I am sorry that you are not happy with the product or the engraving. Please contact us to discuss the issue, so we can address your concerns. Just as an FYI: Our engraving is done by computer, laser engravers, and our pictures are usually provided by the manufacturer. So, we would really like to know what product was purchased and what the issue was with the engraving so we can address fix any problems. Sharon
