Got my decals today which I ordered last Friday. Talk about a fast turnaround time!!! I even had them custom made, which was easier than I originally thought. They look and feel great! Can't wait to put them on tomorrow!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel that this one deserves it! I have never received such amazing and professional customer service. My questions were answered quickly and they even followed up with me, which I really appreciated! Top Notch! They have great products and exceptional customer service! Starting off, the sales team was super helpful in helping me get a custom flag done, they even responded on weekends to tell me if what I wanted was something they could do. Their shipping times were spot on. And the product I ordered was to my satisfaction. All around good experience, I’m not sure it could have gone any better honestly.

I ordered decals on 22/02/18 and still no sign of my order. I have tried calling but can’t get through. I have emailed over and over again and keep receiving generic ‘we have received your email’ style responses. I then contacted them through the website and eventually I got a response saying that I should have had my deliver within a week of ordering and they would happily make them again and reship. I have since waited another 2-3 weeks and again after numerous emails asking for tracking details, I received a response saying ‘your order should arrive in a few days’...I again waited and asked for actually tracking information, courier company name, confirmation of the address for shipping....and nothing still!!! Completely fed up with the lack of customer service and communication. Starting to wonder if they actually exist as a company!!! Very unhappy customer (can you be called a customer if you have paid and don’t receive anything?)..... Very unhappy donor!!

I ordered a single decal on 3/27/18. Received an email stating that it takes 3 to 4 days to receive decal in the US. I've tried to call, which their PH# is constantly busy. So I emailed, received an automated reply, Ive email two more times, NO REPLY. So here is sit, no Decal, no communication. I highly recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Joe UPDATEA: The company did finally contact me, explained going through some staff problems (We've all been there). They did make good and sent out my Sticker, and also through in a extra for my inconvenience. I hope they get back to their excellent rating that they had in the past, as the owner seems like a nice person whom is trying to make it with a small business. Joe

Red Rock Decals maybe okay if they get your order right the first time, but for me I got a decal with the wrong flag on. An easy mistake to make- Union Jack instead of a St. Georges flag- but one I would expect them to rectify. Now nearly two weeks on, I have had no communication apart from an automated we have received your email message. I would have had better off just getting my decals off of anyone on eBay at less than half the price!
