RedtigerReviews of redtigercam.com

It was easy to order my Webcam on line and it arrived, well packaged and on time. The customer service was exceptional, equally timely and of the highest quality. Special praise goes to Emma for her speedy and most helpful responses.

Emma from Customer Service was amazing. She was able to help me out through some issues I was having, and was very patient throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough how awesome she was and what that says about this company and how it treats its customers! What great service, and what a great product!

The product is amazing. High quality and great value for money! The playback picture quality really is stunning for such a small camera. Our 16 year old son started driving recently and when we gave him our old truck, we installed the dashcam. Only a few weeks into his driving life he was rear ended on the freeway. Their insurance company tried to question ours son'r driving until I sent them the clips from the front and rear cameras. They immediately accepted liability, paid for the repairs and the rental car for the 3 weeks it was under repair. Saved us at least $4k!! Their service quality is amazing!! So responsive and happy to help. After another incident while our son's truck got damaged while parked during the school day, I realized we needed the hard wired, parking monitor addition. Their help line was so incredible and helped me order the correct part for the camera and vehicle model we have. Now seriously getting the same set ups for my wife and myself to avoid any potential arguments. Can't recommend them enough!!

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I've only used it once since purchase. As time goes on and I use it more, the quality will become easier to decide. This is a higher budget camera, but you absolutely get what you pay for. The image is clear, the design feels robust, and my favourite part is the installation instructions. It comes with links to youtube videos and gives diagrams and details on how to install it yourself; an aspect lacking in other brands. It seems easy enough to use and so far it seems to be working well. A huge shout-out to the customer service, too! I mistakenly bought the version without an SD, explained the problem to them, and literally within a couple of days they solved my problem. Fantastic service!

Great help and support. The quickest turn around in time for responses and helped me with exactly what I needed. Generous with their time and their products are also fantastic. Probably some of the best customer service I've dealt with in a long time.

Customer service at Redtiger was awesome at addressing my issue. Definitely the best support experience I ever had with a company for their product!
