Redtiger’s customer support went above and beyond on an out-of-warranty issue. After some timely back and forth troubleshooting they made a one-time exception and sent a complete brand-new unit when I expected just a front camera. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service team, knowing you get that level of assistance and support makes owning the RedTiger worth it over other brands.

Redtiger has proven to be an amazing company. The camera I had ( dual, back and front) was reasonably priced and if great quality. Enormous amount of options and features. After 3 years of no issues, the front camera packed up. The customer services help was not only punctual and precise but also very ind and understanding. Despite the warranty being 18 months they sent me a new cam for free. While this is not the norm it shows what amazing service you can get from Redtiger!

Easy install. I ordered the kit with fuse taps and the instructions made the install flawless. The fuse box cover wouldn't go back on after install, but I lost the cover about 5 minutes later anyway. Otherwise, I could have trimmed a hole out for the fuse taps to fit with the cover in. Running the wires was easy and the kit comes with trim tools and adhesive wire guides for where wires have to be exposed. This DIY install looks professional.

The camera is great. A little complicated. I wish there was a way to access the camera without having to be in my vehicle. Also there is no cloud storage.

Actually the sd card that came with camera isn’t working well, could you please replace it for me. It’s still in warranty.
