I think the products that they sell are excellent, but most importantly, if by chance you do ever have a problem, their Customer Care goes above and beyond. In fact, I’ve never had an easier time and believe it or not a more pleasant experience than dealing with this company. All companies need to take a page out of their playbook.

This is my second time dealing with Redtiger's support, and they never cease to amaze me. Previously, I received fantastic help from Emma, which is why I confidently recommended Redtiger to my sister when she bought her F7NP dash cam. When my sister's windshield angle required a different mounting bracket, I reached out again. This time, Sue handled our request and was just as wonderful as Emma. She quickly arranged to ship out an adhesive mount and an OBD hardwire kit completely free of charge. The package arrived lightning-fast! It is so rare to find a company with such consistently top-tier, hassle-free customer service. Highly recommend!

Our dashcam completely stopped working for no reason. It's very clear that they have poor quality control as this was a fairly new model and didnt last more than a year.. we've got people with 100 year old refrigerators but dash cams don't last a year.. product quality is very poor
