RedtoolstoreReviews of redtoolstore.com

excellent website and ordering. packaging left a lot to be desired. Box was huge for items purchased. Packing was insufficient for items ordered.

I gave 4 stars because it was difficult for me to find a package that had the best deal with the specific tool or tools I was looking for. If I was looking for a 1/2 inch impact, I could select that tool and maybe have an option to see available packages, that would show all the multi tool packages that it is also in. Just a thought, otherwise great tools at good prices!!!

The items I ordered were on back order and took quite a while to get. I was annoyed because I was looking forward to trying the new work light on jobs, but I didn’t truly need it to get any work done. When I emailed asking about it I got a prompt response about the items being on back order and that I would be notified as soon as they shipped, which was true. It was still a great deal and I received the items in new condition, no issues. Overall, I was happy to wait because it was still a great deal and I will most likely shop with them again.

Your freight charge is very expensive compared to everybody else.

I love everything about the heated hoodie except one small thing. I went based of the size chart and got a medium but it still is a little to big and a little to long for my hands.
