Redwood OutdoorsReviews of redwoodoutdoors.com

After a lot of research, I purchased a sauna and cold plunge from Redwood Outdoors and am pleased with both. The products look good, function well, and make good use of a dead space in our backyard. I encountered a few bumps along the way, but the team has been helpful in working through them. I am enjoying both products and look forward to years of use.

Damian was extremely helpful and super responsive to all of our questions about the sauna. He also referred us to a great contractor to assemble it who did an awesome job! Saved us so much time. We purchased a 2-person sauna that fits perfectly in a smallish space on the side of our house and we love it!

I couldn’t be more happy with my Sauna. I needed one single part for the Door and they were great about offering and sending directly to my home. Customer service team answered my question promptly. Very happy.

The Sauna is epic.

Ordered the 3-person sauna. We had a little trouble with the shipping, but customer service at Redwood was very responsive, and eventually the shipper found the box and got it to us. Went together easily, been enjoying it every night since!

Everyone at Redwood Outdoors is extremely helpful and friendly! The sauna is great! When purchasing, my sales rep was enthusiastic about the product, but never in the least bit pushy. I purchased the 6ft barrel sauna, cold plunge, and the heating/cooling unit. Any follow up questions or concerns I had, they helped me with quickly and efficiently. Great customer service!

Ordered my sauna in May. Waited 9 weeks for it to arrive but that was known at purchase and I was very excited regardless. Some of the pieces for the roof were miss-cut and unusable. Contacted customer service, which I was met with argumentative questions even after providing photos of the pieces in question. After finally getting customer service to agree on the parts needed, waited 3 weeks to receive the pieces. Only two of the 4 pieces needed were sent and they arrived cracked. After being asked to use the cracked pieces I was finally able to convince the representative that it was unacceptable to ask a customer to accept broken pieces for a brand new build on such an expensive product. After waiting another 3 weeks, one of the 4 pieces was replaced and it arrived cracked and broken even worse than the first two. I sent pictures that were taken immediately after opening the box and I was accused of breaking the piece trying to install it. I wouldn’t have been able to install it even if I wanted to because I’m still missing 3 more pieces needed to finish the build. These pieces are for the roof install, and if it wasn’t for the sauna being 90% built I would have returned it for a full refund already. Still at such a loss going on 6 months now since purchasing the sauna and still am not able to use it. I was sent $400 back and it cost me nearly $10,000. Total joke. UPDATE after Redwoods response: Your customer resolutions manager WAS the one suggesting I use the broken pieces instead of receiving replacement parts AND accused me of breaking the replacement piece myself. Your company is not backing the stance you are taking in this reply. Unbelievable at this point.

Love this sauna and the customer service is amazing
