good price, nice packaging, quick and clear customer service

At the beginning, there is no one relied the costumer service. And there is a totally unfair deal when I applied a refund request. They only provide 100points on a 400 dollars shoes for refund. (It’s not money refund, it’s point refund, which means they also want me to shop on the website again, ugh)
