Too early to really evaluate but my welcome phone call was very informative and seemed to cover the process sufficiently.

Great experience. I would say, the only thing I would change is an email that alerts you that a refill is about to happen. This would allow for management of funds as they are about to be applied to your account. Other than that, it was a seamless process to get refills and the medications I needed.

Nina took my call and handled as much of it as she could right then and there. It has to be escalated and so she sent the information on to the appropriate department so it would go as quickly as possible.
