Tons of issues with shipping, zero communication or solutions offered, and I can't even seem to get a refund. It's been three weeks since I placed my order and I basically spent 250 for nothing.

The advertisement for black Friday was not applied at checkout, so I got baited and switched. I was supposed to get my first couple months for$147/month and that didn't happen. Then my order still hasn't shipped over a week after ordering due to supply issues on their side.

I don’t like how I alget my meds warm, because the ice pack isn’t frozen. UPS really sucks as far as maintaining them as a carrier!

Doctor hasn’t responded to my messages over 4 business days. I called support and they stated they would send a message to the DR requesting him to reach out to me…still hasn’t. Not okay especially while you’re being prescribed medication.UPDATE: Refills.com did respond to this review and said to reach out to support. I have done so multiple times and each time support said they would reach out the DR and have the DR contact me. Today is now 12/18, I have messaged the DR several times since 12/2 and he still hasn’t responded. Refills.com needs to hire a different provider, or they are going to continue to lose business.
