UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: This situation has been resolved to my satisfaction and all of my money has been returned. Having said that, it took a lot of diligence and perseverance on my end to get it done. My review still stands but do NOT. Give them any information on their site until you are ready to become a member and order their products. Refills.com They charged my credit card without authorization and obtained my personal information from auto fill. I purposely did not give my cc information as I was leaving for vacation, didn’t want the product until my return and I wanted to talk with a Physican prior to using the trizepitide. I immediately saw the charge on my bank statement. I contacted refill.com within 8 hours and was told they could not do anything as the ordered had already been sent.

Initially, I was happy with their service. Then, due to a death in the family, I've been out of town and missed several weeks. When I returned, I've reached out multiple times via email and phone to get instructions on how to start again. I was told that I need to update a credit card on file to speak with a physician by support multiple times! For a service I've already paid for?!? I've received ONE reply, then ghosted! It's now been 6 weeks of trying to figure out what dosage to start on. Basically starting over. A complete waste of money. They're shady and fraudulent! I definitely would not advise enrolling with this company. They're a complete joke. 9.16.26-UPDATE-I had somewhat hope that I would receive assistance from this company that I paid over $600 to for a service that I did NOT receive. A plan of care from a physician. Anything. I reached out to the email provided in response to my initial review, and "Hope" was absolutely of no help. Instead, she advised that I would have to sign back up with their service if I wanted to speak to a physician. I have tried multiple times speaking to a physician before canceling their service, and was told in order to do so, I had to have a credit card on file. This company is a joke! There are many other companies that will honor their services and what you pay for with your hard earned money. Refills.com disgusts me and have no morals, customer service, ethics. They essentially stole my money by not providing the agreed service due to not replying to my emails requesting assistance. Fraudulent.

I reached out over an issue with a vial and I received a call within an hour! I did two other programs (one with lots of fancy packaging and “goodies) but more expensive and confusing! Thanks refills!!
