Originally attempted to try to contact customer service through the web/app and got no response. After attempting twice, I contacted Deshnee via email and she immediately responded and contacted Hope to help. My issue was quickly resolved! If you're having issues with customer service, I'd recommend emailing Deshnee instead.

I signed up to receive GLP-1 medication on 8/3/26. It is now 8/19/26 and I have not received my medication yet have been charged 150.00 for it. My order status does not update on the app and I have not received any notifications of a tracking number nor order status. I have attempted multiple times to contact support via their chat, email, and phone number. I have gotten zero response. I have left my name and contact number on at least 3 separate occasions asking for a call back and nothing. The lack of communication and customer service is very alarming. I have contact the company to let them know that I don't want the medication and want a refund and have still not received a response. I saw that another reviewer was able to obtain email addresses from the company to contact someone directly, so I have taken that additional step to see if I get results. This definitely feels like a scam or at the very least, horrible business practices. I don't recommend going with this company. The price may be good, but the service is horrible!
