We started Refills because we've lived what it's like to wait too long for care, and watched people we love go without treatment that existed, simply because the system made it too hard to reach. So we built something simpler. Refills connects you with a licensed provider in your state for a personalized care plan, then makes prescriptions and refills easy to manage, no runaround, no membership fees, no surprise charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. When you need us, we're actually there, a support team that picks up the phone and listens, whether it's a quick question or a complex refill.Already a patient? We'd love to hear about your experience. Leave a review below.

I have been using Refills.com since March with no issues at all. Today I did have a strange account glitch and had to call support. Rebecca was fantastic! She helped me resolve the issue quickly.

I think the quality of their Tirzepatide isn’t good, it seems below standard. I’m on the 15mg but it seems like it’s 7.5mg when compared to the same dosage that I got from a compounding pharmacy here in Houston that I used last year. I’ll try it for one more month and if no change is observed, I’ll go back to my former pharmacy.
