I am happy with my experience with Refine Packaging and working with Steve. While online communication can sometimes be challenging, Steve worked with me to help my design ideas come to life. The boxes for my makeup brand are made with recyclable materials and are beautiful. The only complaint I have is that they are sometimes difficult to close. Perhaps there wasn't enough cut out for the tabs.

Daniel was a very persistent salesperson, but the price point was unbeatable, and the end result totally worked for us. There was a major issue with the first production run, but Refine redid it for us without charge, for which I'm grateful. I'd use Refine again, for sure!

There were some communication difficulties since all of the order details are handled by email. My first order didn't come quite as requested but, after some discussion my order was reprinted perfectly and in a short amount of time. My boxes look beautiful. My customer service representative, David, provided me with excellent customer service. He was quick to respond and he accommodated all of my requests. I only gave a 4 star rating due to an odor from the packaging material. I will definitely purchase again as customer service, value, and quality are on point.
