Item arrived not keep it cold enough
I was happy with my first 2 shipments. This is the 3 rd shipment, item arrived was hot not well insulated like the last two shipments. It’s look like shipment not the same pharmacy. They don’t keep it cool enough.

Overall my experience has been top…
Overall my experience has been top notch- today was the first time I had an issue with shipping- I didn’t receive my package until right before 4 pm and the ice pack in the box was warm- I’m hoping the medication is still good! Even though I live in Minnesota - the temps are in the 90’s and that one ice pack didn’t stand a chance!

I received my 2nd shipment.
I received my 2nd shipment a few days before I needed it. Everything I needed was in the package and well packed. I had visited with the Dr. a week before my shipment and he answered my questions. Wish me luck!

My medication was on the UPS truck from…
My medication was on the UPS truck for 2 days. On the day of delivery it was on the truck from early morning until almost 6pm. The box was hot and the ice pack was warm almost hot and of course completely melted. This is not okay. A better arrangement needs to be made to ensure safe delivery of the product that I’m paying $500 a month for. This was sent 2nd day shipping so I’m sure that means 2 days in the heat. This should be sent overnight.
