The gel pack broke in transit so there were gel pack beads all over the inside of the insulated bubble pack. The product was not warm but it wasn’t cold either. Hoping it’s still usable. Update: I changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars once I got a call from Jennifer, from ReflexMD, assuring me the product would still be viable and remains stable at a large range of temperatures. Her call came the same day I wrote this review which I appreciated very much.

The first vile worked very fast with appetite reduction—the next vile produced much fewer results with appetite suppression. My injection sites become inflamed and itchy. My weight loss does not reduce my body fat, and I am unsure how their formulary should work. I also developed eye problems. I am not sure if these are related to the formulary

You were nice to talk too but I couldn’t get on to chat site- it said my email was invalid. Never have received product yet either and since you knew my health history from my previous use of medication I am not sure what is going on!
