Although I was charged after several months since my cancellation, ( due to financial reasons) I was quickly in contact with a customer service rep who looked into my account and confirmed my cancellation. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. A refund has been assured. I appreciate the prompt and friendly services I was provided. 😁
