In terms of the app, I want to reassure you that the onboarding process may ask for payment details, but this is only to activate the account and you are not required to continue with any paid subscription. Your purchase includes access to the Reformly Basic programs, which are: • 14 Day Kickstart • 60 Day Transformation Program • 100 plus guided workouts The subscription you’re seeing is part of the onboarding process required to sync your account with our updated app. It starts with a 7 day free trial, and you will not be charged as long as it is cancelled within that period. After cancelling, you will still retain access to your included workouts. We’ve also sent you an email with step by step guidance on how to access everything. It’s a simple process, and we’ll make sure you’re fully set up and able to enjoy your workouts smoothly. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right for you.
