ReformlyReviews of reformly.com

Ordering was simple, delivery was fast, the board and fittings are great and it’s brilliant to have an app which guides you through your workouts

I just received my board and my first impressions are great. Communication about the delivery was helpful and good.

Very good and easy

Just completed first sessions n and enjoyed it. Board seems sturdy and works as should. Be aware that despite having a UK business address this ships from abroad so does take some time to arrive. Also I managed to sign up to the paid for app during purchase without realising. However emailed and they stopped this straight away. So far so good

Update to the review below: Kyla, from Reformly contacted me directly in answer to my complaint and I am happy to say has done everything possible to rectify the situation. I am happy with the outcome and feel sure I will use Reformly in the future. The board I had was clearly faulty, so I wouldn't feel right being critical of the product now, given the fantastic follow up from Kyla, and also because these things do sometimes happen. I am sure the boards work well for lots of people, just not for me on this occasion. Thank you, Kyla. You have restored my faith in Reformly! What a disappointment! I purchased the board in August this year, and wanted it to be used as part of my daily pilates routine. The board was flimsy (folded when using the arms pulls, sliding along the floor etc) and so I contacted Reformly about the issues. They asked me to send videos, believing the board might be faulty. I was promised a refund for the board, as well as for the subscription I had paid for before even receiving the board! I was asked to return the board, but at my own expense. I challenged this as it was due to a faulty product and therefore should not fall to me to pay. I was told that they would just refund the money and I could keep the faulty board (not use to me anyway!). I have been waiting several weeks for both the subscription payment and the refund to arrive in my account (was told it might take a couple of days), and decided to chase it up. I was told that they would not refund the board unless I returned it. We have had several communications, going back and forth, regarding my customer rights, which they simply ignore, telling me that I have to pay shipment costs. This has gone on for a while now, and it would appear I am stuck with a faulty board and no hope of a refund. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product; it is a poor substandard product and customer service is apalling, with contradictory messages and a reluctance to actually stand by what they previously promised. They are not to be trusted.

I don't normally write reviews but I can't help but feel duped and disappointed. I ordered this board over the summer to stay in shape - I was spending 3 months away from home, and I wouldn't have regular access to a gym or Pilates studio. I was very excited when I found Reformly, and I thought it was the best of both worlds: a portable, lightweight Pilates board I could use in my own time to stay in shape. Now queue my disappointment when it took nearly 2 months to be delivered. I repeatedly emailed the Reformly team, who reassured me my board was on its way. After much pestering and placing a whole new order for free, I finally received my order (keep in mind, I now had only 1 month left away from home). While the board does what it says it will on paper, I can't help but get the feeling it is wildly overpriced. For over 200$, I was expecting something a little more... solid ? Not to mention, I found the exact same board on Temu for 60$. In terms of the classes offered through the app, they are so sterile and bland... the voiceover sounds like a generic AI voice encouraging you to 'stay strong' and 'power up'... Overall, knowing what I know now, I would be WAY better off investing the money I spent on Reformly with my Pilates studio. Don't waste your money, just buy this on Temu ...

Absolutely awful company. Delivery takes forever. And I don’t mean a week, I mean weeks. I ordered the workout board with the free app. They then charged me after a week of order for the app even though that is not what is offered AND I HADNT EVEN RECEIVED MY ITEMS. So absolute joke. They then said I wouldn’t be charged the month after to fix this BUT I WAS. I then got an email about their new clothing, I ordered this 21/09/25 and it is now 12/10/25 still not received. They bombard you with emails to track your order, and then emails saying it’s taking longer than usual but you can’t track, then you email and they send you a different reference number which shows it’s not even been posted at all!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

So far I am really impressed its sturdier than I thought it would be. Ive only had it a day and very happy with it.
