Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service. Refunds Manager manages all of my refunds and coordinates any missing products. At the beginning I was hesitant and was always checking the work done by Refunds Manager. Now I have the utmost confidence and make spot checks that have always turned up positive. Highly recommended to all Amazon sellers.

FIVE STARS
Great work. Takes nothing on our end which makes this service wonderful. Just wondering why they seemed to stop after a few short weeks. Not sure when they decide to file claims and when not.....

Thank you for your review! Most of the cases for the last 18 months are submitted within the first few weeks. After that cases might slow down for sometime, and then start back up. Amazon requires us to wait a certain amount of time for each case which is why there is a delay.

Very happy with this service by Refunds…
Very happy with this service by Refunds Manager, they have saved us thousands of dollars Amazon literally has been stealing from us. If you don't ask for these refunds, Amazon will never give them back to you, so Refunds Manager are the right guys to use for this task.

Love this app!
Love this app! A great model where they take a % of what they claw back from Amazon for you, so if they don't find much in a month you're not stuck with a big bill for nothing! 100% worth it!
