Redemption not completed

⭐ 1 star Redemption issue and lack of response from support On August 20, 2026, I attempted to redeem my SC to my bank account, but the transaction could not be processed. The problem is that, to this day, the SC have not been returned to my account, so I cannot try the redemption again. I have contacted customer service several times, explaining the situation and requesting that the SC be returned, but I have received neither a response nor a solution. More than a month has passed, and my balance remains unavailable for another redemption attempt. I believe that when a transaction cannot be processed, there should be a clear and quick solution allowing the customer to recover their balance. I hope RegalCoins reviews my case, returns my SC, and allows me to attempt the redemption again.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the delay in this case was not caused by RegalCoins withholding or failing to process your redemption. The payment processing provider had previously sent you the required steps that needed to be completed by you before the transaction could proceed, and those steps were not completed. As a result, the payment could not be finalised by the payment processor and the funds have now been returned to your RegalCoins account. We have also sent you an email explaining the situation and the next steps. Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder. You can now submit a new redemption request directly from your account. We do feel that a one-star review directed at RegalCoins in these circumstances does not fairly reflect what occurred, as the issue arose from an outstanding requirement with the external payment processing process rather than from a failure by RegalCoins to return or process your funds. We remain committed to assisting you and processing redemption requests as smoothly as possible, provided that all required payment and verification steps are completed. Thank you for your understanding. Best Regards, Charlotte RegalCoins Team
