Regenexx is a company of excellence. Every possible step is taken to maximize success for the patient. The procedures used by Regenexx are superior to numerous other companies which I have personally researched. Traditional surgery was counter-productive for me. I had a high grade partial tear to my acl and chose to try an alternative to surgery. I was unsure about the whole process in the beginning but I stayed hopeful and my acl has made a complete recovery!!! I feel as though I have no limitations with my knee strength.

My right shoulder mobility has improved in 60-70 % and my pain has gone down in 70 %. I recommend this treatment to other patients with stem cells. I had a surgery in my left shoulder and got no improvement at all. I am thinking to do stem cells treatment in that shoulder next year.

I thought the doctor was professional, kind, and understanding. The admin staff was excellent. Medical assistance personnel were ok. My only concern was that the facility had no active physical therapy program. This responsibility fell upon the patient finding a physical therapist. Most of the Metro areas physical therapist do not understand the Regenexx program. Having this program would assist patients in healing up properly/recovering quickly. Would I use the program again. Yes. However, I would not use Regenexx again due to no active physical therapy program.

I would give the concept 5 stars and I am happy with my outcome. However, each person has a unique situation so you have to have an evaluation and decide if this procedure is right for you. They are very clear that there is no guarantee and they emphasize that your results are dependent on doing all the PT and rehab that is necessary. It can be a very slow process to regain strength if you have been impaired for several years and not using some of your muscles. It is not a quick fix. Patients need to educate themselves and participate in the process. The staff is professional, but they are human. Communication is a two-way street and it can be difficult to understand some of the things that are happening. I learned a lot on my first procedure (knee) and would definitely consider looking at my hips and shoulders. It would make sense to treat them sooner to prevent further deterioration rather than wait until my issues are more complicated.
