The perimeter gasket for my washing machine arrived defective. It was warped and the rubber was deteriorated. Rather then send a return label, they made me go through warranty. It took almost a week in order to get this resolved. I received a lot of pushback from the company and only received a resolution after I disputed it with my credit card.

The igniter arrived on time and the cost was reasonable. Since the screws holding the burners in place were so badly rusted and corroded, I wasn’t able to remove them in order to raise the range to access the igniters. I noticed that the old igniter had some carbon buildup on the electrode, which I sanded off which solved the problem.

Part needed for washing machine listed correctly as manufacturer original replacement number. Part was immediately available znd shipping lable created once purchased. Super Fast shipping as I received CORRECT Part in only 2 business days while paying what I consider very competitive and cheap ground shipping charges. Would order from again and recommend to others. I see people complaining about return policy. My advise is read about that policy prior to purchasing...

The part I needed for my Maytag washer was in-stock at the lowest price I could find and shipped faster than I expected. Reliable Parts will definitely be a “check first” resource next time I need to repair an appliance.

We ended up not needing the part. They refuse to take it back. It was still in the original box not even taken out of the box. That is in my opinion horrible customer service.
