When i reorder stuff some times it…
When i reorder stuff some times it takes over two weeks to get. Otherwise I am very happy with them, no real complaints. They notify me when it is time to reorder, do it on line, very quick.

Your sales personnel are rude
Your sales personnel are rude, abrupt, and come across with an "devil may care" attitude ! Perhaps some sales marketing training might help.
