I was given this site by the unemployment office because its supposed to be free. I created my acct and started browsing. When I try to apply to any job it says I have to pay for the upgraded version. Im unemployed. I dont have money to pay for that. So this wasn't as helpful as I was hoping.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. While Remote.co does allow users to browse job listings for free, please note that applying to certain roles or accessing exclusive listings may require a paid subscription. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you're currently unemployed and seeking support. Hello, We sincerely apologize for any confusion and frustration you’ve encountered. We want to take this opportunity to offer further clarification and enhance your experience. Our platform operates under a 14-day paid trial period for an initial small fee, which grants full access to all features. If the subscription is not cancelled within this trial period, it automatically renews into a paid monthly plan in order to maintain uninterrupted access. These conditions are presented clearly during the registration process, including at the point of purchase, within the terms and conditions, and again in the confirmation email sent immediately after the initial payment. It outlines the subscription terms, billing frequency, and cancellation information to ensure full transparency. We understand all this information may be overlooked and recognize the importance of clarity at all stages of the customer experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us via email, phone, or chat. We are happy to help. Thank you for your understanding and your valuable time, Remote.co Customer Service Team.
