Shedding that occurs this far into usage is typically related to maintenance, normal wear, or installation methods—especially if the wefts were cut, which can cause shedding regardless of hair quality. This is why our team advised sewing around the wefts, not through them. If this had been a product issue identified before installation, we would have gladly provided a refund or replacement once the product was returned unused, as outlined in our policy.
