Good product and I like its comfort A bit price high

I cannot understand how a company like this is allowed to operate in the U.S. I purchased a bra, and it was clearly unqualified and did not meet basic standards. They have refused to issue a refund or take any responsibility. This company is dishonest and misleading — they scam customers and make false claims about their products. I strongly advise others to avoid buying from them.

I ordered a bra in my usual size. What arrived was a very weirdly sized bra, that did not match the size chart in the slightest. I immediately messaged customer service to return it and get a refund. They said no and offered me a symbolic $3 since the item didn’t arrive broken. I went to their website to write a review (1 star, writing the same thing as here). 1 minute later my review had been deleted, but there was a new review with my name, 5 stars, a positive experience and a random picture of someone wearing their bra. That would explain why they only have 5 star reviews.

I ordered two bras. They arrived and turned out to be too big. I wanted to return them but the support kept on bargaining with me as to how much money they can return starting at 2 dollars. When I refused and demanded to return and get full refund, they started ghosting me.

I bought an almost $50 dollar bra. The size was wrong I wanted to exchange and they told me it was too expensive to send it back to China. They offer a $3 dollar compensation. That was all didn’t send a new product nothing. The quality was bad but I wanted an exchange. They stoped communication. I don’t know what to do…never buy from them I guess.

Took almost 7 weeks for my items to arrive and when they did arrive they were unfortunately too big, I contacted Reonproram to ask if I could return the items and exchange for a smaller size to which I was told that I should give the items to someone else and purchase another size for myself. They offered me a courtesy refund of $5 and I can keep the items that don't fit! I paid £50 for the items, despicable Company. Do not buy from here! Worst customer service I have ever received.

The item doesn't met the quality standards featured on the ad: Bad sewing and it's incapability of being used without shoulder straps. They refuse to refund you, the support help doesn't help.
