The quality is good but customer service is pretty bad. I had one today and the guy hanged up on me; and he won't even give me his name on the 2nd call. If you see something you like, get it and hope you don't have to call customer service.

Bought a leg roller attachment to go with my bench (also from Rep). The leg roller quality is clearly inferior, it shakes and rattles when doing sit ups, making the exerciser unstable. Cheap plastic smell too. I got in touch with Rep with picture and video (Rep requested me to submit a video), but they emailed me back saying it was normal and started talking about something irrelevant to the defective areas I was pointing to. They refused to give me a partial refund. Their return policy is: you pay the return shipping fee plus 15% restocking fee. Think twice before you order. Also, read the customer reviews, I am not the only one who had this issue. I am giving 2 stars because I want to be objective as the bench I received is of good quality and super stable.

The equipment arrived fast with a few boxes broken open. We wanted to add some flooring mats and Reps site said $63 each min of 3. Signed into my account and added the mats. Noticed my loyalty points did not show and the price for the 3 mats was over $700, what???Called customer no service only to be told $63 each was on their site but the normal price is $275 each with min of 3. Escalated to management only to be told there will be no correction. Asked about my reward points upon giving them the prior $2500 order number only to be told I would have to pay for the order to get the points. The items were paid for and shipped sitting in boxes in front of me. I was told they would submit a ticket about this and the ordering system isn’t working right. I may return everything. It’s all made in China anyway.

I ordered two 40 lbs. adjustable dumbbell set which were sent in two UPS Ground shipments that arrived sealed. When I opened the packages, I found that I was missing 25% of the components that should have been included. I immediately contacted their customer service department via email and included photographs. It’s been ten days and I have yet to receive a response, even after sending an additional followup. After reading other reviews, it’s hard not to view this company as engaging in unfair business practices. If I don’t hear back in the next week, I am going to look into filing an FTC fraud report to see what they say. Update: I finally received a response from their customer service department with an acceptable solution. I contacted a different inbox than the one linked in their original delivery notification email. I’m still disappointed with the the overall order experience, but I will say the customer service rep was professional and handled the situation very well.

I have two criticisms from my recent purchase of a weight bench. 1. Customer service is non-existent. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with someone directly, and then when you DO, apart from whom I presume was the owner in front of the store, employees are indifferent, rude. For Example: Coming to pick up bench - VERY poor markings to indicate where to pick up. Then I stood outside the door and employee opened the door and just looked at me. I explained why I was there, and all he said was “wait outside”. No please, no explanation, no thank you. Remedies: Put out large signs and have a better system/instructions on what to do when the people who pay your light bills and paycheck get there to pick up. 2. Either teach employees to be polite and thankful or FIRE THEM. I am a CO business owner and your customer service during three separate encounters was lousy. Furthermore, have an inside waiting area (yellow paint border on the floor with a bench?). Instead of being stoked about my brand new PHENOMENALLY WELL BUILT bench, I almost regret buying from you. Great product with a system that is set up for you, not the customer. Left me thinking I won’t buy from you again despite the higher quality. I certainly wouldn’t refer anyone to Rep Fitness to experience the same lack of small-customer service. I’d love to hear back from the owner/manager. I genuinely care about success of CO businesses, especially ones with such solid products, but I cannot abide poor customer experience and if you’re not aware then hopefully I’ve helped create some improvement. If you’re thinking that I’m just complaining, then fair enough, but I’ll not only not return but will be a vocal business detractor. Cameron Byers

Solid pricing and decent equipment. Their customer service is absolutely aweful. Ordering is an absolute pain in the ass and there are always issues. I just pay the rogue tax and avoid this company all together. Not worth the headache. If you can get the equipment and it's not missing parts it seems decent.

I know it's covid, but the ETAs are such a lie. Why even list an ETA if these is never anything in stock? Selling out quickly isn't a good reason. It's clear there is no inventory or some get preferred treatment. And no, following on social media doesn't work. They just want more followers.

Pitiful customer service. I want to shop REP because I live and run my business in Colorado. Every order I have had a bad customer service experience. Whether it’s a rude kid or a long wait only to find the staff goofing off in the back instead of retrieving my order.The quality is good, but no where near the quality of Rogue. I asked if they would do a special pre-order for Colorado small businesses instead of putting me in a que where Im number 16,000 in line to buy equipment. They said no. Ill stick with Rogue.
