Replica Swords USAReviews of replicaswords.us

Do not buy from this company. They scam thier customers and then write fake reviews. I bought a sword for my sons birthday. They told me I would get a refund after not sending me my product. I still have not received a refund or any kind of information on this! They are a scam and shouldn't be allowed to keep doing this. If you look all good reviews are within a couple days of each other. And written similar. Do not fall for this!!!

I ordered a katana, but they sent me a broadsword instead. When I contacted them to fix the mistake, they asked me to ship the incorrect item back at my own expense. This is ridiculous, considering the error was on their part. It’s been weeks since I sent the wrong item back, and I’m still waiting for my replacement. This experience has been nothing but a hassle, and I regret ordering from them.

When my sword arrived, the box was completely torn, and the sword itself had visible damage. It’s clear that no care was taken to protect the product during shipping. The blade was scratched, and the handle was bent. I reached out to the company, but they claimed the damage wasn’t their responsibility and refused to issue a refund. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. If they can’t even package their products properly, they shouldn’t be in business.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer support for help. It took them several days just to respond, and when they finally did, they didn’t address my problem at all. Instead, they gave me a generic response that didn’t solve anything. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional support team before. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect this company to help you fix it.

I decided to splurge on a sword from ReplicaSwords because I thought I was paying for something special. Unfortunately, the product I received does not justify the high price tag. The materials feel cheap, the craftsmanship is subpar, and it doesn’t even look good enough to display. I feel like I wasted my money on something I could’ve bought for half the price elsewhere. This store is not worth the hype or the cost.

When my sword arrived, I was devastated to find it had scratches on the blade and a loose hilt. It looked like it had been used before being shipped to me. I immediately contacted customer service to request a replacement or a refund, but they were incredibly unhelpful. After several back-and-forth emails, they stopped responding entirely. Now I’m stuck with a defective item that I can’t even return. This kind of service is unacceptable.

The pictures on the website make the swords look amazing, but the reality is far from it. The sword I received is much smaller than what was shown, and the details are not nearly as intricate as advertised. It feels like I paid for a premium item and got something you’d find in a cheap souvenir shop. I wouldn’t have purchased this if the photos were more honest. Be careful when ordering—you might not get what you’re expecting.

I placed my order hoping to get the sword in time for an event, as the website claimed delivery within 5-7 business days. Instead, it took over a month for my package to arrive. During that time, I received no updates, and every time I contacted customer service, they either ignored me or gave vague responses that didn’t help. When the sword finally arrived, the packaging was damaged, and so was the product inside. This was a completely frustrating experience from start to finish.
