I worked with Cliff. He’s super sweet and really helpful. The experience is truly easygoing and fast and I recommend a ton of people. It’s refreshing to not see your personal information all online. If it happens to come back up again, Cliff is a phone call/ text message away!

Hi, David. We are sorry our tool didn't load for you. That sometimes happens when the server is busy or there is a problem with your internet connection. Rest assured, our tool has worked perfectly for thousands of people. In fact, you can read many reviews here on Trustpilot by people who have used our tool. We only ask for your information because we need it to search the web for content associated with your name. Without it, our tool wouldn't work. We hope this clarifies things. We'd be happy to walk you through using our reputation tool if you'd like. Just give us a call at 888-720-3332.

When starting this journey, we researched four different companies. Our experience with Reputation Defender had to be the absolute best. We worked with Josh who was extremely thorough and detailed about the process. He was genuinely interested in making sure we not only understood what to expect, but provided us a reasonable expectation of the timeframe needed to complete the process. After multiple calls and numerous questions, he gave us time to evaluate what he shared. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. He encouraged us to call back as necessary to ensure our comfort of the processes and he always made himself available for follow up discussions. In doing so, Josh earned our trust, and we decided to move forward with the company. I must say that Josh's ethics and genuine commitment to problem resolution was the reason for doing so.

We contacted Norton Reputation Defender re: false information about my wife which came up on google.com. We spoke to a gentleman named Cliff who was professional, educational and extremely helpful. I'd recommend Reputation Defender and hopefully someone as helpful as Cliff can assist you as well.

Reputation Defender I believe best on market. Been with them for 7 years and its the best. I feel confident with them. They always give alerts, they keep up with any suspicious activity. They are the sleuths of the Internet :) Highly recommend!!
