I have been a longtime Reputation Defender client. It is the best in the business with superior management and protection of my online profile, presence and privacy. The personal care and attention by the Reputation Defender Representatives is outstanding and no one compares. In this age of uncontrollable spam and scams, Reputation Defender is the answer and the most trustworthy.

Competent staff and great service. After taking time to fully complete the background sections during set-up, it's very much a set-it-and-forget-it product. Norton does their thing in the background without me having to think or worry about it. Worth every penny to have the peace of mind from knowing students (and their families...) can't get my personal information from a quick Google search!

Garett Gori was of tremendous assistance concerning the dichotomy of how online search results, with different search engines function. He was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable in all things involving search results on name(s) and content. Kudos to Reputation Defender and the hiring manager who recognized Garett's value and brought him aboard to your team!

Hi, Robin. Thank you for trying out our Reputation Report Card. We understand your frustration. If you have a common name--and haven't intentionally created a strong online presence to distinguish yourself from others with similar names--then you might appear "invisible" to search engines, which is where we draw our data from. We suggest adding some other bits of clarifying information, such as your profession or your city, to your Report Card search to narrow down the results. We'd be happy to walk you through the process if you'd like. Just give us a call!
