My whole experience was positive. I had to have quick results because I just got a new job and knew that they were going to check my background. Everything went well.

RD just does a fantastic job of keeping my information secure, plus they have the kind of personalized costumer service that shows they care. My online rep checks in with me on a regular basis, always making sure everything's smooth. Plus, when I do have a security concern, wow! It is handling asap and they follow through multiple times afterward. Seriously, keeping my online rep safe with RD was--and continues to be--one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'd easily recommend them to anyone.
