AMAZING So professional so helpful I recommend it to

Wow, I am impressed! I talked to a person named Chris, and he was so patient polite and helpful even though he knew I was just asking questions which makes me feel like I would love to hire this company!!! Thank You very much. You should teach the rest of the world how to treat customers! Thank You! Rosemary

Each person assigned to me was very professional. Only issue I had was filling in my extensive Reputation Defender information for my work history, which I tried to save but somehow disappeared twice despite pushing the Save button...and I had to do it over twice and don't trust the site to that extent. Aside from that I got some immediate positive results on my main issue. That was really impressive.

Chris was very helpful in explaining how this works and what I need to do to change my online reputation.

Good customer service and follow up.

I use the AOL included level of service which is very rudimentary. You have to review your various findings on the Internet and say which are you and which are not. 80% are not me. The ones that are, you can’t do anything about. So what’s the point? To get anything meaningful, you would have to pay more for the service. I guess the AOL included service level is worth what I’m pay for it, nothing.

I found my representative to be frank and honest. He offered great advice and while I could not use the service I found him to be informative. I would recommend this service to anyone.

honest and helpful
