Not replying
Got Nord VPN but didn't support PPTP, so I asked for a refund, seller gave me a refund and received it in 2 days, very honest people here. UPDATE: asked for a refund after the shared account kept not letting me login, 2 weeks and waiting for a refund and not replying now
