Extremely deceptive company. We thought that we were booking through the Fairmont website and once we found out it wasn't, we called this company to cancel. When we booked, there was a two week cancellation policy but after booking, the email confirmation said no cancellation policy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's a complete scam.
