Absolutely horrendous. They took 4 MONTHS to send me my horrible partials. You cannot get through to ANYONE but a dang answering service for them to claim they'll take a message and never get a call. There teeth look horrible, extremely painful and ill fitting. Over a THOUSAND DOLLARS and they skipped 2 of the teeth and put one too far over that the ENTIRE point of getting these was to smile without worrying about gaps and they send me this GARBAGE that was printed on a 3d printer, every ridge from the crappy 3d printer is visible on the teeth, the white connecting to the gum material looks like it was Okayed by someone without eyes. I am PISSED

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience thus far with ResetSmile and would strongly urge others to be cautious before spending their money here. I received my impression kit, completed it immediately, and sent it back right away. ResetSmile received my impressions on 3/27/26. My impressions were then reviewed and approved by a dentist on 4/13/26. Their website states: “We design and print your ResetSmile flexible partial denture, approved by our partner dentists, and ship it to you 2–3 weeks later.” Whether we calculate from when they received my impressions or from when the dentist approved them, the timeline has far exceeded what was promised. It has now been almost 4–6 weeks with no product, no updates, and no communication. I have attempted to contact them multiple times through the online chat and never received a response. I have also made numerous phone calls, only to reach an answering service that promises someone will call back. I have never once received a return call. At this point, I feel this company has made no effort whatsoever to address my concerns or provide any customer support. This is not some small Amazon purchase — this was a $700 investment. As a single mother, I did not have $700 to throw away. What makes this even more disheartening is that people seek services like this to help restore their confidence and quality of life. Missing teeth is a deeply personal and emotional issue, and the complete lack of communication and accountability from this company has been incredibly upsetting. Based on my experience, if I could have offered 0 stars I would. I'm am hopeful they try and make right on this situation so i can update my review, but at this time I cannot recommend ResetSmile.

Paid for one tooth. Sent in impressions, then sent in more impressions. Waited for word if the latest impressions were good enough to make the one bottom tooth. Emailed. Sent chat messages. Tried to check order status and receid No Order Found. Called. Requested a refund. Received confirmation of refund. Still wating for my refund.

I had a poor experience with the denture I received from Dental Associates, so I decided to try a direct-to-consumer dental lab called Reset Smile—and I’m glad I did. The process was simple and straightforward, and they offer a payment plan if you can’t pay in full. The turnaround time was about a month, and their communication was great throughout. They checked in regularly and made sure I was happy with the design. I chose a slightly larger tooth to help close a gap. I was a little worried about how it would look, but it ended up looking very natural. One of my biggest concerns was comfort. I have a scar on my gums from a previous tooth removal, and the denture from Dental Associates caused significant pain and sores whenever I wore it. With Reset Smile, I haven’t experienced any sores so far, and it feels much more lightweight and comfortable. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and the quality of the denture.

I had a horrible experience with restsmile. I ordered top and bottom devices and paid over $1000. Thinking I was getting comfortable wearing partials. That is not what happened with me. They were made too tight and squeezing my teeth. I counld never eat in them nor wear for more than 10min Causing pain. Restsmile tried two remakes and buy the second remake I was at lease able to put them on easily. But they still hurted to bite down and my gums were very soar. At 1st I assumed they were perfect only because they slid right on. So then I figured I neeede to give them a chance and me get use to wearing them. Which I did but since it was longer than 30days that I assumed it would take some getting used to to. A woman nem Katilyn Refused to assist me with these devices I never can eat in -and still pinches my gums.. instead she told me I was out of option and cannot get any new remakes. I FEEL RIPPED OFF. This is horrible to pay $1000 for something u expect to work but in return never has .. I WOULD NOT BUT FROM HERE. JUST GO TO YOU LOCAL DENTIST..

I placed an order over 2 months ago and just being told today I have too resubmit my impressions for a 3rd time because the previous ones cant be used but I followed the directions to a t. I know there was nothing wrong with them. So now im supposed to send impressions number 3 but haven't received anything to make the impressions with.!!! On top of all this im being harassed about payment being due for something I still haven't even received. I am so upset with this company and good luck talking to someone there. They don't call u back even when you leave a voicemail and ignore your emails as well.
