This was the best decision I made. Not only did they make them , when I had a small issue with the size of the teeth , they made me a new pair for free and sent it within 2 weeks. Excellent customer service and quality for the price. I couldn't have been happier

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about Reset Smile. Their devices are a complete joke – poorly made, incredibly uncomfortable, and absolutely nothing like what they advertise. Mine didn’t fit at all, despite following all their instructions perfectly. Instead of fixing the issue, their customer service gave me the runaround for weeks, treating me like it was my fault. Emails went unanswered, phone calls led to dead ends, and when I finally did get a response, it was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s clear they care more about taking your money than providing any real support or quality product. Stay far away – Reset Smile is a scam dressed up as a legitimate business.

HORRIBLE SCAM! They send you trash and disappear to allow the 30 days refund policy to run so that they can claim you didn't reach out and take your money! NEVER AGAIN!

This was one easy process… it was fast and efficient…. The tooth I received fits and look exactly like my real tooth… if I could give them a 100 stars I would… thank you for giving me back my smile and my confidence to talk without covering my mouth.
