I purchased an expensive custom light fixture from Residence Supply. I worked with a customer service rep and clearly stated what we needed. Telling him I have 12’+ ceilings, requested dimmable and warm lighting. Paid for it all and it came with only a 3’ extension cord. Because my construction job had major delays, we didn’t catch the short cord until our electrician was installing the light. They did send us an extended cord which involved having to pay an electrician to rewire the light and it still didn’t work properly. Some of the lights didn’t work and there was no refund or replacement offered because it was outside of their terms. $750 down the drain.

Hi Kimberly, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with your fixture and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after managing project delays. Upon checking, your order is already outside of our standard warranty period, which limits what we can do for replacements. That said, as a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to offer you a discount on your next order. Once you’re ready to place it, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly — we’ll make sure it’s personally taken care of. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and the opportunity you gave us to be part of your project, and we’d love the chance to make your next experience with us a better one. Sincerely, Residence Supply

Just ordered a new floor lamp from residence supply and it truly exceeded my expectations. Customer service was attentive and followed up with great detail about the order I was waiting for. I was ready to return the product because it was a bit of a splurge but the lamp is high quality, beautiful and I’ll be back for future purchases.

We have made several Brass Outlet and Switch (1-4 Gang) purchases, along with a ceiling fan from RS over the course of a remodel. Every item has been extremely high quality and the transactions simple. The customer service has been beyond our expectations with Faith or another agent following up with processing, shipping and delivery statuses. We are thrilled to have found RS and will continue to work with the team!

Customer service is incredible helpful! Faith was awesome helping me with multiple orders for my project and keeping me informed of ETA's and such. The website is a little hard to navigate when trying to order different configurations for switches and dimmers. Many items that are marked "available" are actually out of stock and take a long time to be back in stock and the worse part is that you do not know this information until after you place the order.

Hi Paloma, We’re so glad to hear Faith was able to assist you throughout your project and keep you updated on your orders — she’ll be thrilled to hear your kind words! We truly appreciate your honest feedback about the website and stock visibility; that’s incredibly helpful as we continue improving the online experience. Thank you for your patience and for trusting us with your project — we’re grateful for your support! Sincerely, Residence Supply
